Happy Birthday Chio

Today is Cecilio's Birthday! (Yes, on tax day.) I just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful husband and father he is. I am so grateful for all that he does for our little family. School and work are not easy but somehow he manages to make it work and still finds time for me and Danny. I have had so much fun being married to him and feel so blessed to have found such a patient, caring, kind, and not to mention handsome person to spend eternity with. Happy Birthday Honey!!! I love you.

Me Like Cracker!!

Here's something new Danny's doing. The other day he started to make this noise when eating his crackers.
He watches a lot of Sesame Street so we figure he picked it up from the Cookie Monster. It's pretty funny.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

Alright, it's time to reveal a little "embarrassing" tidbit about me. Yes, I was a New Kids On The Block fan. There, I said it. Whew that felt good. I had the posters, the magazines, the bedspread, the pillowcase, if they made it, I pretty much had it.

I think it was in 6th grade when this obsession became a part of my life. I remember me and my friends writing New Kids on the Block all over our notebooks, drawing pictures, singing their songs, it was our life, that's all we talked about.

I didn't think a comeback would affect me very much. It's been almost 20 years. I figured I was over it but now with the announcement of their comeback it just brings back so many emotions and fun memories. Guys, I think things might get crazy again. I wonder if Cecilio would mind a New Kids on the Block comforter and pillowcases?

Where to, Elmo?

On our way out from Toys R Us, Danny spotted this Elmo car and of course he had to get on. It just so happened we had the camera so we snapped these pics. He was so excited to get to drive Elmo and Zoe around.Here we go guys!

Work in Progress

During spring break we finally had a chance to paint our home. We bought our condo in 2004 and haven't done anything with it since. After painting I realized why it had taken us so long to paint............it's a lot of work, especially with a toddler running around. Somehow we managed and ta-da! It was nice being able to vamp our place up a bit. We painted the bathroom, kitchen, living, and dining room . It's still a work in progress but we'll get there.
